ORDER CONFIRMATION
After completing the checkout, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number. Keep this email safe, print a copy or take a screen shot. You will need this information if you need to contact us about the status of your pre-order. You can reply to your email confirmation to contact us or you can email [sales @ musicplug.net]

TRACKING INFO
All orders will have a tracking number that you can use to follow the order status via the Australia Post. https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search

Musicplug.shop shipping is currently limited to:

Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Asian Countries, UK / Scotland, Canada

Please be aware of taxes and import charges you may incur from your local laws. We do not collect international taxes, tariffs or duties in advance.

Most t-shirts will be printed on the AS Colour 5001 Staple Tee.
Size options are Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, 2X-Large & 3X-Large.
Please see the photo where a t-shirt is available for size and dimensions.

Once items have been shipped, all sales are final and there can be no exchanges on Vinyl or CDs.
There are no refunds on digital downloads, if you choose the wrong format by mistake, contact us by replying to your order email.

Cancel Order
If you need to cancel your order, please reply to your order confirmation email with a request for cancellation and refund before the order status is updated to sent. You won’t be able to cancel the order once it has shipped and a tracking number has been added.

Exchanges
If you require an exchange of an item, you must email us first by replying to your order email. Shipping will be at the cost of the customer for returns and re-sent. You should supply a postal bag with your name and address filled out for the exchange items. Please check shipping costs at your post office.

T-shirt Sizes:
Please see the size chart photo included on the product page for size and dimensions. We won't be able to make an exchange on the t-shirt size once it has been posted so please take care to measure and select the correct size now.

Damaged item?
If an item has arrived damaged due to the postal service or a factory manufacturing issue beyond our control, please immediately reply to your order email with a photograph of the damaged item and damage to the packaging if applicable. Damaged items will either be re-funded or re-sent at our discretion.
